Meet Allison Brenner
Founder
With nearly 30 years of experience in assessment design and development, Allison has supported private sector organizations and federal agencies in selecting, promoting, and developing successful employees. In addition, she brings nearly two decades of professional coaching experience, helping individuals achieve peak performance both personally and professionally. Allison holds multiple degrees and certifications in psychology, and is also credentialed in emotional intelligence, personality assessments, and team coaching. She is the proud mom of three incredible young adults who embody happiness, an ever-growing amount of self-awareness, and a strong sense of grounding. Raising them has shaped her passion for helping others unlock their potential and build meaningful connections. Her past clients include: U.S. Departments of State, Commerce, Treasury, and Agriculture, as well as many small to medium-sized businesses in private industry.

Why we created MP360
Since their introduction in the 1950s, 360-degree assessments have become a cornerstone of professional development in the corporate world. In 2024, Allison Brenner recognized that no 360-degree assessment existed specifically for personal development, leaving countless individuals without access to this valuable type of feedback.
If this was such a powerful concept in the work world, how had it not been adjusted to give feedback in other areas of one's life?
Thus, the idea for My Personal 360 was birthed and we quickly got to work. Using the original concept of a multi-rater survey, combined with proprietary AI and carefully curated competencies desired for success in one's personal life, the MP360 is the first 360-degree multi-rater assessment of its kind.
